Executive Director
Jeff Morgan has more than 30 years of industry experience in roles that include wholesale tire sales, retail tire and auto service center management, as well as multi-unit tire and auto service center management with multiple P&L responsibilities.

Prior to joining TEN in 2020, Jeff was Divisional Director of Human Resources and National Director of Leadership Development for Bridgestone Retail Operations.

Jeff’s strong background in P&L management and talent development, along with years of experience in training and facilitation, brings an excellent perspective on ways to help improve business results.

Bruce Hawley

Bruce Hawley, formerly Ok Tire Store Inc.’s National Manager of Consumer Products, is a 35-year-tire industry veteran holding positions with Bridgestone’s Canada operations including Regional Sales Manager for Ontario; National Manager of Bridgestone’s Tirestarz Dealer Program; and Director of its Retail Division in Canada.

Joining OK Tire Stores in 2002 as Director of Dealer Development, Hawley followed with responsibility for sales in Western Canada. In 2007, Hawley was given the responsibility of growing sales for OK Tire Stores’ 270-plus retail locations and over 2,000 wholesale customers.

As a facilitator for TEN, Hawley will coordinate meetings and share his expertise in a variety of disciplines for TEN members.

Amy Lee likes to point to her own story of business ownership as the “proof” to TEN’s impact on its members.

Amy and her husband joined TEN as members in 2014, looking to take their Lomita, Calif., tire and service operation to a new level. After five years of drastic improvements and escalating profitability, they sold the business—allowing Amy’s husband to retire, and spurring her to share what she learned with other members.

Since joining the TEN team as a facilitator in 2019, Amy has brought her real-world experience to each member interaction and helped to set others on her own trajectory.
